About Dobby
Hi everyone! I’m Dobby, the adventurous goat with a heart full of mischief and a nose for snacks. Around here, I’m known as the Master Houdini, no fence, gate or latch can hold me for long! I love to explore every corner of the rescue, popping in to say hello to the donkeys, horses and pigs along the way. I’m what you may call an animal socialite. I’ve got friends everywhere and everyone knows when Dobby’s on the move.
Don’t let my cheeky side fool you though, I’m also incredibly gentle, loving and full of personality. I make the volunteers laugh every single day with my silly antics and curious ways. I take my role as volunteer supervisor very seriously. I like to watch everyone work (and maybe judge their sweeping skills a little). And of course, if there are snacks around, they’re definitely mine… whether they’re meant for me or not!
Life at the rescue just wouldn’t be the same without me. I bring fun, laughter and a whole lot of energy wherever I go. I’m what some may describe as sweet but sassy, daring but devoted, and I think I absolutely run the place (the others just haven’t realised it yet).
